Fine tune your pre-race energy levels with some targeted movement, stretching and breath work. In these sessions we will work on releasing any tension from the key joints and muscles, practice some breathing techniques for energy efficiency, and work on some movements to hone your focus for the weekend and race ahead!
Yoga sessions will take place in the main marquee and are open to all, runners and supporters. Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before your session is due to start and bring a mat or towel with you if possible.
Two, c.50 minute sessions will take place over the weekend, please select your class time/s when booking. Spaces are limited so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
Please note:- Children 10 years and over are welcome to attend but must be booked on to the session and checked in with an adult.
